This method is amazing and I came up with it while laying in bed ha-ha!
It took me just 10 minutes to wash 2 sets of blinds front AND back!
First you’ll need a Bowl of warm/hot water with a little bit of dish soap {I used the Gain Dish soap for a good Smell}, two rags, two rubberbands, and Tongs{preferrably with silicone as to prevent scratching}
My tongs have silicone and of course they were free, through One Kings Lane when they did their clearance sale.
All you do if wrap your rags around the end of the tongs and secure with the rubberbands, then dip the rags in the soapy water{squeezing off the excess}.
I would recommend starting at the top just in case any loose dust happens to fall down it won’t get on any previously cleaned blinds.
Then ALL you do is position the individual blinds in between the tongs and squeeze using light pressure being sure to go back and forth 1-2 times.
Also if you have a tough spot to clean you can use the back side of the tong to scrub lightly!
And there you have it Clean blinds with regular household items!
